my family has a multi-generation history of alzheimers on both sides, so when I heard about methylene blue's neurologic benefits I wanted to try it. got the 2x4oz pack because it was the best deal (this stuff ain't cheap), and immediately began taking 17 drops twice a day (I've heard that more can cause issues with the gut biome).
I could feel the effects right away. I do not notice the purported 'energy boost,' but my focus and concentration were definitely improved. as I've suddenly begun seeing blue teeth everywhere and have a customer-facing job so don't want that, I put the drops in capsules right before dosing. it's fast, easy, and keeps my pearly whites pearly white.
Neuroblue customer service is excellent, which is another reason I chose this brand. I had questions and they were answered within the hour though it was fairly late at night.
the benefits when taking methylene blue are many, and it's now part of my daily regimen. I take a plethora of vitamins and supplements, and have maintained a healthy diet for my entire lifetime in hopes all will serve me well. I take no pharmaceuticals, haven't been to an allopath since I was 13 or 14, and (with help from Mother Nature and constant research) have been my own doctor for more than half a century.
